After a collision, the visible damage is only part of the story. A bumper cover can hide bent brackets, damaged absorbers, or problems with nearby lights and sensors. A wheel that took a hit can also leave the steering or suspension out of alignment.
Our first job is to understand what was affected, then explain the practical next step.
Start with the damage you can see and what may be underneath
We inspect the impact area and look for signs that the damage extends beyond the panel. Depending on the collision, that can include checking steering and suspension parts, tire and wheel condition, fluid leaks, braking components, warning lights, and alignment symptoms.
If the vehicle pulls, the steering wheel sits off-center, a tire rubs, or a new vibration appeared after the impact, mention it when you schedule. Those details help us focus the inspection.
Mechanical collision repairs and specialist work
Vibrance Automotive is a mechanical repair shop. We can handle many of the problems a collision causes underneath the vehicle, including damage involving steering, suspension, brakes, cooling components, and related systems.
Paint, structural body work, frame straightening, glass, and some advanced calibration procedures may require a collision specialist. When work falls outside our equipment or scope, we say so and help point you toward the right type of shop. We will not promise an in-house repair just to keep the job.
If an impact has affected how the vehicle stops, our brake repair team can inspect that system as part of the mechanical assessment.
Estimates without guesswork
Collision damage is difficult to price accurately from photos alone. An in-person look gives us a better starting point, but some damage may not be visible until trim or damaged parts are removed. If the scope changes, we discuss the additional findings before continuing.
We can document what we find and provide repair information for an insurance claim. Coverage, deductibles, and approval decisions remain between you and your insurer, so we avoid promising an outcome we do not control.
Warranty
Qualifying parts and labor supplied by Vibrance Automotive are covered by our 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. We will explain what is covered on your estimate. Work performed by an outside specialist is covered under that provider’s own warranty.
